Accommodation letters will include a line that states, "This letter is valid through ___________." That means that they must be renewed for each academic year. This gives you the opportunity to think about what is working and any changes you'd like to make for the next year.
In April of each year you will receive a link to a Renewal Form from [email protected] that will give you the option of renewing your accommodations as is, or to request a meeting to discuss them and possibility make changes.
If you do not respond to the renewal form or other emails, your accommodations will expire and you will not be able to use them past the expiration date.
